The QED coaching framework typically consists of one-on-one coaching, in back-to-back sessions, of approximately one hour per participant for 6–8 participants per day. Generally, it takes sessions spread over a six month period to embed the benefits of the coaching in new behaviours.
As an independent and objective consultant, QED adds value to the program sponsor(s) through communicating results of the coaching, sharing observations on what is working, or not working and providing suggestions on what else could improve business development results across the participating group.
